All clients have a unique id’s and passwords and access to files can be limited on a user by user or department by department basis. Have more than one office location? All the DCQ data is stored “offsite” witin the very serious Equinix Data Centre in Sydney.

Security and Piece of Mind

At the data centre, Equinix has implemented the following security measures that require multiple levels of authentication and authorisation:

• Onsite security guard patrols the site 24/7
• The facility is monitored by CCTV Surveillance system
• Key access areas are controlled by biometric hand scanners and/or secure access cards
• Visitors are required to check in first with the security guard.
• Valid Identification is required
• All activities on premises are logged

Compliance

Debt Collection Queensland continually Trains, Educates & updates its recovery team to ensure strict compliance with the various Debt Collection Laws, Codes and Regulations.

It is important to note there are strict guidelines on what you can and cannot do in relation to debt collection – there are also heavy fines that can follow if you do not comply with the various industry codes.

DCQ works and is closely monitored by various regulatory bodies, including ASIC, ACCC and Office of Fair Trading.
